  • 8 oz Dreamfields® Rotini
  • 1 (6 oz) jar sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, about 2/3 cup
  • 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts pieces
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • Pinch crushed red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 (15 oz) can white beans, rinsed and drained


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In food processor or blender, combine sun-dried tomatoes (tomatoes and oil), olives walnuts, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper; pulse until uniformly chopped. Add olive oil and process, scraping down sides as needed, until it forms a pesto-like consistency.
  3. Toss cooked pasta with sun-dried tomato mixture, adding reserved pasta water one tablespoon at a time as needed to thin the pesto. Add white beans; gently toss to combine.
