  • 1 box Dreamfields® Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • 1 (12 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup 2% canned evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
  2. In medium non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until very fragrant. Add the roasted red peppers, dried oregano, and black pepper. Stir to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture has thickened.
  3. Add milk to the skillet; simmer additional 2 minutes.
  4. Toss drained spaghetti with sauce, adding reserved pasta cooking water if needed for consistency. Stir in grated cheese.
