Spaghetti with Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

  • 1 box Dreamfields Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 12 ounces jarred roasted red peppers drained and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated
  • salt and pepper kosher
  • fresh rosemary


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup pasta water prior to draining.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium-large saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and roasted red peppers. Cook until heated through.
  3. Add milk and cheese. Stir to combine. Transfer mixture to blender and pulse until pureed. Add pasta water to thin sauce before tossing with pasta, if desired.
  4. Toss drained spaghetti with pepper sauce, adding reserved pasta cooking water if needed for consistency. Season with salt pepper, to taste. Garnish with rosemary.
