  • 1 box Dreamfields® Rotini or Dreamfields® Penne Rigate
  • 4 oz pepperoni, sliced into strips
  • 1 jar (7.5 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Herbed Vinaigrette Recipe

  • 1/2 cup white wine or rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon jarred minced garlic


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cool water and drain. While pasta is cooking, prepare the vinaigrette by whisking all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Toss drained pasta with pepperoni, artichokes, black olives, and half of the vinaigrette. Cover and chill for up to 8 hours. Just before serving, toss again, adding additional dressing as desired. Top with grated Parmesan.
  3. If desired, you can substitute 2/3 cup of your favorite shelf-stable bottled Italian dressing for the Herbed Vinaigrette.
