  • 1 box Dreamfields Penne Rigate
  • 1 5 oz can light water-packed tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (prepared)
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper


  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Place in large bowl. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
  2. Add tuna, mayonnaise, onion, relish, parsley, mustard, garlic, and red pepper flakes, if desired to chilled pasta. Toss until well combined. Add salt and pepper, as desired.
