Sesame Shrimp and Broccoli with Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box Dreamfields Angel Hair Pasta

  • 1 pound large shrimp deveined and cooked

  • 1 small scallion minced

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional)


Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside.

  2. Meanwhile, place shrimp, scallion, lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and garlic in large sauté pan. Bring to simmer over medium-low to low heat; cook 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp are heated. Add broccoli; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender.

  3. Divide pasta evenly among individual bowls. Top with shrimp and broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve warm.
