  • 1/2 box Dreamfields Linguine
  • 1 pound mild Italian sausage ground
  • 3 tablespoons red wine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic pressed
  • 3 tomatoes diced (approx. 3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded


  1. Cook linguine al dente, according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. In one skillet set to medium-high heat, begin browning the Italian sausage. Stir in the red wine with the sausage during the last five minutes, continuing to brown until done.
  3. Set second skillet to medium-high heat; add butter and white wine. Once butter melts and white wine begins to simmer, add pressed garlic and diced tomatoes. Sauté until tomatoes are soft but still slightly firm, skin intact. Remove from heat.
  4. Add linguine directly to sautéed tomatoes. Add browned sausage and toss together.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese, serve and enjoy!
