Ingredients

  • 1 box Dreamfields Elbows
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chutney
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • parsley chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Place pasta in large bowl.
  2. For dressing, combine mayonnaise, chutney, lemon juice and zest, cumin, garlic powder, and salt and pepper, as desired.
  3. Toss dressing with pasta. Add chickpeas and celery; toss to combine well. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Sprinkle parsley over pasta to garnish, if desired.
