Guilt-Free Creamy Linguine Primavera

Makes 4 Servings


  • 8 ounces Dreamfields Linguine

  • 1 pound frozen Italian style vegetables (package)

  • 8 ounces 98 percent fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup non-fat milk

  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated


  1. Boil pasta until al dente (approximately 9-11 minutes) and drain.

  2. As the pasta is cooking, add vegetables, soup, and milk to a saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Bring to a boil, stirring throughout until vegetables are tender.

  4. Pour veggie mix over linguine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
