Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dreamfields Elbows
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium ham cooked, diced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream (or low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise (or reduced-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground or German-style mustard

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Place pasta in large bowl.
  2. Toss pasta with ham, pickles, bell pepper, onion, celery, sour cream, mayonnaise, pickle juice, pepper, paprika and mustard.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled.
