Easy Autumn Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Dreamfields Rotini

  • 3 green onions chopped

  • 1 medium tomato chopped

  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped

  • 1/2 cup butternut squash chopped

  • 1/2 cup zucchini chopped

  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing (prepared) + 1/2 cup more (optional)

  • salt and pepper (optional)


Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Place pasta in large bowl; refrigerate 1 hour to chill.

  2. To serve, add onions, tomato, pepper, squash and zucchini to pasta; toss to combine. Add dressing (beginning with 1/2 cup and increasing if necessary to coat ingredients.); toss to coat well. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
