Ingredients Salad

  • 3 cups Dreamfields Rotini

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped

  • 1/2 green bell pepper chopped

  • 1/2 small onion chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic chopped

  • 1 10 oz can chicken breast

  • 1 10.5 oz can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup skim milk

  • 2 teaspoons Cajun spice blend


Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again.

  2. Sauté peppers in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Add onion; sauté 2 to 3 minutes until onions are caramelized. Add garlic; sauté for another minute. Remove from heat. Add chicken.

  3. In separate bowl, stir together soup, milk and Cajun spice. Add to pepper mixture and return to burner over medium heat, heat through. Remove heat. Toss with pasta and serve.
