Rotini
Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields Rotini
- 1 bottle light raspberry vinaigrette dressing (8 ounces or 1 cup)
- 12 ounces grilled chicken diced (see note)
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese diced
- 1 large Granny Smith apple diced
- 5 green onions sliced
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- mixed greens
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- In large bowl, combine pasta and dressing; toss well. Add chicken, cheese, apple, onions and cranberries; toss to combine.
- Serve over mixed greens.
Note: Other cooked chicken such as rotisserie can be used instead of grilled.
