Penne Rigate with Turkey, Swiss Chard
and Walnuts
Serves 8

Ingredients:
16 ounces Dreamfields Penne Rigate Pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound turkey dark meat, chopped (or ground turkey)
1/2 cup jarred sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups Swiss chard, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
- Prepare Dreamfields Pasta according to package
directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add
the onions, garlic and turkey meat and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sun-dried
tomatoes, cayenne pepper, walnuts, salt, Swiss chard and chicken broth.
Stir well to combine ingredients and cook for about 5 minutes, until
the Swiss chard is wilted and sauce begins to thicken.
- Combine the turkey and Swiss chard mixture with the cooked pasta and toss.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
