In relation to the
glycemic index, some people use the term "good" to refer to foods with a lower glycemic index (GI < 55) and "bad" to those with a high glycemic index (GI > 70). However, this "good/bad" terminology really isn't a good "rule". Some low nutrition foods (such as chocolate candy) have a low glycemic index and other very nutritious foods (such as brown rice) have a high glycemic index. You may use the
