Smart, Time It Right!
• Stick to a regular
schedule, no meal skipping
• Plan your snack foods to avoid
mindless eating and empty calories
• Nibble on nutrient-rich foods
such as carrots, strawberries, nuts
• Pre-portion your snacks foods
to reduce the chance of overeating
• Keep an emergency snack on hand
when your mealtime is running late
