LOOK GREAT NAKED!

Carrington, ND – The winter is upon us and for many the temptation to escape the cold with fattening foods is hard to resist. On average, people gain five pounds during the winter and holiday season, mostly due to poor food choices and portion control. Even though it's that time of year to bundle up, everyone can feel comfortable stripping down–proper exercise and proper nutrition are the key elements to looking great naked this holiday season and through the winter months.

According to Brad Schoenfeld, one of America's leading health and fitness experts, author of the best selling "Look Great Naked" book and video series and author of the new 28-Day Body Shapeover, you can avoid the "body-fat blues" this winter if you eat right and consume the right types and amounts of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

"I eat pasta several times a week and still maintain six percent body fat," says Brad Schoenfeld. "Everyone tends to think that pasta isn't conducive to a slim waistline, but that isn't true. Dreamfields pasta has all the health benefits of whole wheat pasta but tastes just like traditional white pasta–therefore you get all the taste without the guilt."

Dreamfields is a revolutionary new product. Clinical testing shows that Dreamfields has a 65% lower glycemic index as compared to regular pasta, and contains twice the fiber of regular pasta. Fiber intake is very important for both overall health and weight loss. Dreamfields also has only five grams of digestible carbohydrates verses regular pasta at 40 grams, making it a healthy choice.

Brad's mouth watering recipes have all the comfort and taste of the foods we crave. Prepared with vegetables and meats high in protein, Brad's pasta dishes using Dreamfields are simple, healthy and hearty.
