Easy Clam Linguine

Easy Clam Linguine

Linguine with clam sauce is one of our favorite fast and easy classics. Don't underestimate the flavor of this simple sauce.

Ingredients:
1 box (13.25oz) Dreamfields Linguine
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 6 1/2-ounce cans minced clams
Salt and crushed red pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, optional

Directions:
  1. Cook the Linguine according to the package directions.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Stir in the garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the white wine and cook over high heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the un-drained clams.
  5. Toss into the cooked, drained pasta.
  6. Season to taste with salt and crushed red pepper. Add a dash of chopped parsley, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
