This month Dreamfields has

to bring you fresh new recipes that
are sure to spice up your late-summer
dinners. We also have some refreshingly
sweet recipes to cool down these long
summer evenings. These recipes not
only have less added sugar, they are
downright delicious.
This Ginger
Noodle Pasta served over a bed of
crisp mixed salad greens blends both
spicy and sweet flavors. In this recipe,
we found that SPLENDA®
No Calorie Sweetener would add just the
right amount of sweetness while significantly
reducing the calories and carbohydrate
that sugar would add. Top this recipe
off with fresh basil or cilantro if you
like and serve chilled as an entrée or
a refreshing side to whatever you decide
to grill. |

Thank you all for your no-cook
pasta sauce recipes you sent us in July. Congrats
to our three winners: Samantha B, Janet C,
and Angela B. Some fresh veggies tossed with
a simple sauce is a quick way to add healthy
flavor to Dreamfields Pasta. Here is one of
our favorite recipes that we received last
month: "My favorite no-cook pasta sauce is
pine nuts, baby spinach leaves, olive oil,
sea salt and feta cheese. The nuttiness of
the pine nuts combined with the creamy feta
melts in your mouth!"
